Condolence: Jimmy and the Apollo 11 Tavern, both remembered fondly. As i reside across the River from where the old Apollo 11 once stood, i often think of Jimmy and Marvela, two Wasaga Beach icons, both now gone, both forever etched in the hearts and memories of many of us old local Wasaga residents.
Rest in Peace Jimmy.

Condolence: I've missed seeing Jimmy walk to & from Pizza Dee's twice a day since I left 599 Mosley St. I'll always fondly remember him working in the kitchen of the Apollo Restaurant, cooking up great food. It was a happening place. A piece of our local history is gone.
