Died peacefully on Tuesday December 5, 2017 at Campbell House, Collingwood at the age of 56. Rob of Stayner, loving spouse of Lorraine McDonagh. Cherished son of Daisy and the late Phillip Holland. Dear brother of Pete (Jean), Patricia Wheeler (Chuck Goddard), Jim (Sharon), Mary Lou (Harold Stewart) and Ted (Lois). Rob will also be missed by Lorraine’s daughters Patricia and Katherine (Michael Dunn), his many nieces and nephews and his dear friends and golfing buddies. Rob’s passion was for golf, he enjoyed bar-be-queing and he loved quiet, layed back times with family. He will be dearly missed. Friends will be received at the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home – Stayner Chapel, 7313 Highway 26, Stayner on Saturday December 9, 2017 from 1 to 3 p.m. A reception will follow at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 457, Stayner. In lieu of flowers, if desired, a donation to the ALS Society or Hospice Georgian Triangle for Campbell House would greatly appreciated by Rob's loved ones.
