Died peacefully on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at St. Michael’s Hospital, Toronto at the age of 81. Maurice of Stayner, formerly of Wasaga Beach, originally of New Brunswick, beloved husband of the late Yvette (2016). Dear father of Vince, Joane (Barry Russell), Julie, Ghislaine (Dave Glenfield), Luc (Leanne) and Raymond (Cassidy). Cherished Pépère of Stephane, Chantalle, Kurtus, Jessica, Jessie, Ashley, Lily, Jeremy, Jonathan, Samantha, Calvin, Kayla, Kyle, Melissa and Christopher and Great-Pépère of 12 great-grandchildren. Maurice will also be missed by his friend Mary. He was a talented musician and spent his life entertaining audiences. Friends will be received at the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home – Stayner Chapel, 7313 Highway 26, Stayner on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 from 3 p.m. for the Memorial Service in the Chapel at 4 o’clock.
