With heavy hearts, the family announces the sudden passing of Stuart on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Collingwood General and Marine Hospital with loved-ones by his side, in his 88th year. Stuart of Wasaga Beach, beloved husband of Patricia (nee Tofield). Loving father of Lesley (Larry Welden) and Michael (Margaret). Devoted Grandad of LeeAnn, Megan (Matt), Andrew (Priscilla), Spencer (Chelsey), Courtney, Emily and Trent. Great-grandad of cherished Ryleigh. Stuart was a great socialite and will be missed by many on the golf course and on bridge and darts nights. Friends will be received at Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home – Wasaga Beach Chapel on Saturday, October 15, 2016 from 11 am until the Memorial Service to be held at 12 noon, followed by a reception at the funeral home.
