Died peacefully on Friday, March 8, 2019 at the Stayner Care Centre at the age of 83. Gertrude of New Lowell, formerly of Lisle, beloved wife of George for over 64 years. Loving mother of Karl (Bonni). Cherished grandmother of Mitchell (Vanessa), Jodi (Michael) and Shane (Sam) and great grandmother of Sophia, Dominic and Colton. Gertrude is also survived by her sister Renata Tomkinson. The Burggrafs operated a general store for many years in the community of Lisle. Gertrude always had a warm welcome for everyone she met.
